Java Professionals
Experience: 1- 4 years

Skills:
A strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, client/server application development, web technologies (Servlets, JSP and Java script) and SQL/Database programming.
Experience with OOPS, UML ,software design patterns, XML, and relational databases.
Knowledge of Flex and Action Script with  Rich Internet Applications (RIA) is an asset.
Experience and working knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, PosgreSQL, MySQL and Linux.
Experience and working knowledge of open source frameworks and tools such as Ofbiz, Struts, Velocity, Spring, Jasper Report.
Familiarity with eclipse IDE, Source Code Management viz CVS, SVN
Must be self motivated and able to work in a close team environment.
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Unit testing and defect resolution during development and integration.
Software design, coding and refactoring to Enterprise applications.

Desired:
Aquantaince with Extreme Programming and agile development processes
Experience of HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT.
Knowledge of open source frameworks such as Bugzilla, Xplanner, Wiki, Jasper Reports

Language and Writing Skills:
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to easily understand project specifications and requirements.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
