Senior Associate (Quality Assurance)
Experience: 4-6 years
Skills:
Knowledge/experience in QA Processes, software lifecycle, testing
methodology, test automation, defect tracking & test estimation & planning
Experience in QA tools, packages and methodologies
Demonstrated leadership capability, preferably with leadership
Experience with teams of 3+ people
Ability to effectively work as a part of a larger project team and clients

Senior Associate (Platform)
Experience: 5 -8 years
Skills:
Experience in development, package implementation, and/or interactive design
Knowledge of multiple technologies & proven expertise in Java or Dot Net
Proficient in UML
Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns
Familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
Strong communication skills

Associate (Technology)
Experience: 2 – 4 yrs
Skills:
Experience in systems integration and development,package implementation and/or interactive design in Java and J2EE
Knowledge of relational databases and user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques preferred
Ability to define, create and complete a technical task without a great deal of guidance
Strong communication skills

Associate (Quality Assurance)
Experience: 2- 5 years
Skills:
Experience in manual & automation testing
Should be able to prepare simple test data by writing SQL queries
Should be able to identify, classify & priorities bugs
Should have worked on any testing tools – Win runner, Load runner, Rational Robot etc.
Should have exposure to any defect tracking/incident management tool– Test Director, Remedy, PVCS etc.
