Skills:
Experience in developing application using microsogt technologies like VB.NET ,ASP.NET,VB,COM+ and MS SQL Server databases
Must have a good track record of developing components for client server and web applications.
Should have exposure to SDLC methodologies and key skills should be designing and implementing of project modules ,analyzing requirement and preparing detailed functional specifications

VB Developers
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Skills:

Database Developers
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Skills:
Should have experience in MS SQL Server Programming .
Should have the ability to design extinsible data models that fulfill application requirements and perform querry optisization, data analysis
Must have good experience in writing complex querries, stored procedures , triggers and user defined functions.

QA / Testers
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Skills:
Should have experience in software Application Testing or quality assuarance for window web and IVR based applications
Should be able to prepare and execute test scripts .
