Job Title and Experience:
SQL /PLSQL Developments ( 1-5 years)
Skills: Strong Design and development skills with Excellent D2k, SQL, PL/SQL coding, debugging and performance tuning skills. Experience in Oracle applications is a plus.
Java Developments ( 2-5 years)
Skills: Strong Design and development skills with strong experience in Core JAVA / J2EE. Very good understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts, Should have exposure to SQL.
QA Engineers (1-4 years)
Skills: Experience in product testing and quality assurance.Familiar with software quality assurance methodologies and techniques. Good experience with Winrunner /Automation Technologies. Domain knowledge of HR/PAYROLL is preferred.
Process: All the shortlisted professionals have to go through technical written test. Followed by 2-3 technichal & HR interviews.
