We are looking for IT Helpdesk – Technical Support Professionals to be based at Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Job description:
It is a Help Desk profile where the incumbent is responsible to take the calls from our Client/Customers/Companies in UK/US/India troubleshooting the issues related to Server/Operating Systems/Hardware/Basic Networking problems.
It would be a night shift / 24 x 7 job.
It involves:
Remote Infrastructure Support Delivery,
Perform Problem-Cause Analysis,
Resolve Routine Customer Problem & Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements.
Desired Skills:
Fresh Graduates / Diploma Holders passed out in 2006/ 2007
Excellent communication Skills
Fluency is English is must.
