Description:
We are looking for HR professional with 7 – 10 years of work experience with MBA from decent institute or have worked in companies known for their HR practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and operate quality human resources programs, practices and procedures.
- Help integrate complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, succession plan and drive business change.
- Provide consulting and business partnering to managers in achieving company objectives and ensure positive employee relations.
- Work in an integrated role of an HR Advisor, spanning across all areas of HR for the business
- Act as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between the Businesses & HR Specialist for ALL HR Verticals (Staffing, C&B, L&D and HRIM) on all HR programmes & initiatives.
- Responsible for headcount forecast and locking the numbers in finance budget.

* Provide Leadership, coaching, developing and driving Businesses in employee relations through uniform, equitable and transparent application of HR policies and processes on people related matters including discipline.
* Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements.
* Develops, implements and administers company programs.
* Analyze business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations.
* Provide consulting and business partnering to managers in achieving company objectives.
* Responsible for coordinating several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, training, equal employment/affirmative action, records, benefits and employee services.
