JAVA/J2EE Senior Programmers
Experience: 2+ years
Skills:
Java/J2EE and Good to have knowledge of Tapestry and Hibernate.

JAVA/J2EE Team Leads
Experience: 4+ years
Skills:
Java/J2EE and strong knowledge of Tapestry and Hibernate. Must have leadership skills and very good communication.

Database Developers
Experience: 2+ years
Skills:
RDBMS fundamentals, SQL, working knowledge of Oracle (architecture, PL/SQL etc)
Desired:
OCA certication, Knowledge of data migration/ETL, knowledge of unix shell scripting.
Job Description:
Understand the requirements and come up with a Database design using RDBMS concepts.
Understand the DB schema of legacy systems and come up with a mapping to the target DB schema.
Using Business Objects Data Integrator to design and implement ETL logic for migrating data from source to target.
Working with Oracle and Sybase as the target databases.
Writing unix shell scrips for data migration.

Informatica
Skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in Informatica. Total experience of at least 5 years.
Should have worked on Informatica 7.1
Knowledge of at least 1 other ETL / reporting tool

Oracle Ware House Builder
Skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in OWB. Total experience of at least 5 years.
Should have worked on OWB 10g & 9i both.
Knowledge of at least 1 other ETL / reporting tool.
Should have very sound PL/SQL experience.
Should be willing to work on PL/SQL development or any other ETL tool.

Business Objects
Skills:
Minimum 3 years experience in BO. Total experience of at least 5 years.
Should have worked on BO XI R2. Experience of dashboard manager preferred.
Should have exposure to Java and SDK.
Knowledge of at Crystal / Cognos preferred

Brio Developer
Skills:
Experience in Brio reporting (is a must).
Good reporting skills and experience
Good DB skills
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
Experience in managing a small teams.
Good communication skills
Ability to provide technical solutions in the area of reporting.
